I am trying to write a function that will allow a user with specific rights to disable and re-enable an account for another user. The only way I can see to disable the account is to programmically have the system try to login with an invalid password 6 times but that is clumsy. But that still leaves me in the same boat with not being able to figure out how to unlock the account. (Deleting the account is not an option.) If someone can point me in the right directions that would be great (perferrable in VB.Net).
