Im trying to figure out why the Checked_Changed event handler for a standard "checkbox" control is only called when a checkbox is checked and "not" also when the checkbox is "unchecked"??  If Microsoft only wanted the event to be called when it was checked they should have named the function appropriately. I have verified this to be the case when watching my page in debugging mode. Just looking for an explanation on this. Maybe Microsoft doesn't take their naming of functions seriously?? Or am I missing something? I appreciate all comments. Thanks.
