probems in adding new dropdownlist in search criteria

Hello
I have this webform with few fieldsin the search criteria,I added a new dropdownlist named "Company",I populated it with the data from the database, now when I click search choosing this criteria it doent work, can some one plzz help me with the change in the code,I have posted the code for the entire page,its too long i know but if you can plzz go through it and let me know where I missed plzzz
