Implementing RSS Feed in Asp.Net

I have Downloaded the sample from codeplex,
where in the ex. says
1.       Add the RssDataSource and RssHyperLink to the Toolbox in Visual Studio
How do I do it? I dont find the file to add? what file is it?
would you please help me?
