Ok, I am not by any stretch of the imagination a proficient .net developer but have inherited a custom CRM program at my company.
Here is my problem.
There is a "ticketing" capture system that takes input from the page and submits that data to a sql back end. Then by some mechanism creates an email and emails the info to a group of users.
The emails always work, but I have no idea how.
