Converting from asp.net 3.5 to 4.5

I am converting from asp.net 3.5 to 4.5.
Should I be able to just drag 3.5 aspx files into my 4.5 project? I dont see much difference in the gridview and formview or other controls syntax.
I am just using webforms and the controls from the toolbox.
Nothing elaborate.
