Is there a way to get the entire path to the file and not just the file name when you select a file from the upload control? My problem is I have a FileUpload control inside an ASP:WIzard control. When you select the "Next:" or "Previous" button from the Wizard, is causes a post back and when it posts back the FileUpload control loses the selected client file. When you reach the "Finish" step in the Wizard the Fileupload no longer contains the client file so it cannot be uploaded. The operation can be canceled before finishing, so I do not want to upload the file until the user selects "Finish" from the WIizard. I was thinking about storing the file path/name in a session varible and then putting it back into the fileUpload control from the session varible when the page reloads.
Any suggestions?
