basically I am a windows programmer and now I have to do a web project which is a sales system .This application is to be accessed using tablet PCs(10.1 inch).So please don't mind some silly questions from me.
1) In the main sales form I have to search for customer.For that Should I create a new searchform for this or is it better to use a panel with grid in the same form.Which is better or prefferred choice?
2) If I use a separate form can I use session variables to get the customer id and name back to main sales form?.....Can I use java script to come back from search form to sales form because if again load the sales form all the data in the sales form like order number,date will be cleared.
Guys please advice me on the above points.
