Update problem with web form/AJAX/Dynamic controls

I'm trying to develop a custom datagrid for my page to show some info.
Everyting else works fine but when i dry to create remove button for grid items that firs removes item's data from database and then refresses the grid but it won't refresh gid properly.
Problem seems to be that grid must be refressed in page load in order to do event bindings but romeve button click event that executes the database item removal fires after pageload.
So i need a way to refresh the grid again after button click event. I have tried to call Grid's updatepanel update method but it won't cause updatepanel load event where i can create the updated grid.
Any ideas how i can meke this to work?
