I am using forms membership, to direct user to the login page.  After posting the site to IIS, I set the Account folder to use SSL. A self-signed certificate was generated.
IIS is rejecting the request to the Login page, due to 403 error.  In the config file, I set requireSSL = true.  Why is IIS rejecting the request?  Do I have IIS configured incorrect?  What is the correct setup?  I am testing from IIS7.  My goal is not to use SSL for the landing page, and to secure the login folder.  IIS continues to reject the request.  However, I can manually type in https://localhost.......Login.aspx, and the page loads as required.

web.config:
<authentication mode="Forms">
