Creating ASP:Table Dynamically only shows last row..

 Hi I'm looking at creating a table dynamically which i have alraady done to a label text with plain HTML but i need to add controls so idealy should be using the asp:table.
 
I did some code just static to see how i can impliment this but came across a confusing issue where the rows are added but only the last row shows. Here is my code.
 
 
Dim Table1 As New Table
Dim tCell1 As New TableCell
Dim tCell2 As New TableCell
Dim tCell3 As New TableCell
Dim tRow As New TableRow
tCell1.Text = "123"
tCell2.Text = "456"
tCell3.Text = ...
