GridView, Changing Values Displayed

I have a GridView that displays information based on a value given by the QueryString in the address bar.

One of the values displayed is Foriegn Key to Identity Column (e.g. Values Show in GridView are based on Customer Name, the FK is the country ID to the countires table with multiple countries)

I want to display the countrie's name instead of the GridView displaying the country ID.  I got it working on how to have a drop downlist for the user to choose a different country in the edit template, but can't figure out how to make the GridView display the country's name instead of its ID.

NOTE: This isn't my exact scenario, but to help make sense I chose the details above. Assume that I can't make the countries table 1 column with all the countries.
