How to Data fom bottom to Top?

 
 when we get a dataset then fill with container ( maybe DataGride or Repeater ...)
the result is looks like A column
how can I get result like B column?
assume the List have 10 rows
I want to fill 10th row first then 9 th row ... then 1th row
not fill data from 1th to 10 th
can you please teach me how to do that? thank you very much
