How to get multiple columns values of a single record from gridview_RowCommaand() event or RowDeleting event() ?

I need multiple columns values of a single record from gridview_RowCommaand() event using command argument + command Name or RowDeleting event() using DATAKEYNAMES .I tryed following but no solution .... :( I selected second record from gridview..
