generate category report

hi guys,

i need to generate a category report that calculates the percentage of the tickets whereby the ticketstatus are closed and opened.     

I have to get the percentage of opened tickets by:

(number of open tickets/total number of tickets) * 100

with that, i came up with a function in the class
