How to find all windows users authenticated on a server, "Unload Hives".

Hi, im trying to find how in .NET we can find all users authenticated on a windows 2003 server from asp.NET.

I need to get a list of users and  for each one of them a list of running process.

So, basically i must find a way to find all running process from a user name.

Currently all servers can have as many as 100 users connected.
