I have a DropDownList control where each item is a link to another website.  Is it possible in .net to have this functionality be accessible to keyboard user, screen reader users, as well as those who turn javascript off?  The use of the JS onChange event makes it unusable to those who use a keyboard, and if JS is off, the redirect doesn't happen. I'm not sure if that type of list is usable by screen reader, though I suspect it is not if keyboard users can't use it.  Is this possible to accomplish in .net?
