We have a client which want to move its existing website to a Web2.0 enabled website in Asp.Net.They need us to evaluate the ROI of implementing Web2.0 vis-s-vis existing website.
Can somebody have some ROI calculator or some custom custom method for calculating revenue/cost impact of implementing Web2.0 features like forums,chat,webparts,wikis,blogs etc to the website.
