I downloaded MSchart control and installed which produced 4 dlls

I want to use this mschart controls in vs2005 is it possible?? I am able to use these in windows application but when I add web dll into my asp.net page they are unavailable so I got an idea of creating activex in windows application and use it in web application
I am using vs2005 with .net 3.5 installed on the system
How can I create an activex control in .net and place the charts and use them in web application. Will this actually work..
I tried many ways of creating a simple activex but I am unable to do that can anyone solve my problem
