I have a website and users are invited to create a login. Users can then optionally purchase a membership and get access to a list of training videos (.wmv) files.
What I want to do is to somehow automatically add users to a "Paid User" role as soon as their payment is confirmed. Then I can do a check on my video page load event to see if the user is in the correct role.
I know how to create a "Paid User" role and how to add members manually using the web site administration tool, but I want the users to instantly have access to the videos as soon as they have paid, not for them to have to wait for me to add them to the role
