Hi I'm hoping I have posted this in the correct place...but seeing this is "Getting Started" i guess it is.
I'm looking to learn Silverlight and get myself some books to teach myself but before that I need to ask is it best to know C# or Visual Basics?  The reason I ask is that I use Visual Basics and the books on Silverlight I have looked at purchasing mention more often than not "using c#". Sso now I'm wondering before getting into the Silverlight area is to instead learn more about C#
What do you all think?
Also I chose to learn Visual Basics at the beginning as I was told it was easier to pick up but the more I look online at tutorials and books it seems c# is more popular.
(also..I am not an experienced developer in Visual Basics... just the last year I have taught myself as a hobby!)
So with my basic knowledge of Visual Basics is it good idea to now look at Silverlight or best to get knowledge of C# first?
Go to the complete details ...
