if i have 3 types of users in the system and each user has different privileges found in the index table ( Privileges ) .
when the admin create user account we must determine the type of user , username and password for the new user and depend on user type i can determine the privileges of the user .
if i have change the default privileges of the user .. can you change the structured of the menu at the right of the page when redirect user to this page after login .

usertype : dean has many privileges like add college report , view course , view personal information and others ....
usertype : teacher has many privileges like add course description , add annual report for teacher and others ...
