we just migrated our website to a new server, and we keep getting error 401.3
and we keep getting an error
HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized
You do not have permission to view this directory or page because of the
access control list (ACL) configuration or encryption settings for this resource
on the Web server.
I have a screen shot of our process monitor that i am attatching, Can someone please help me?
