button mouseover

I understand that asp.net runs on the server, not the clients machine. But somehow mouseover works for the menus.

Is there a similar thing for image buttons?

 I have an image button that links to another page on my website. When there is a mouseover I would like to have a different image appear. When the button is pressed, I would like to have yet another image appear.

 Will I need to write some javascript for this? Or is there an easy way to do this with visual web developer?
