I am trying to do something fairly simple. I have an asp:fileupload control. All works fine.
protected void Button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e) // Brochure
{
if (FileUpload1.HasFile)
{
FileUpload1.SaveAs(fullDir + "Brochure.pdf");
}
} Saves the file as expected.
Then I want to postback to the same page, which is does of course, and check whether the file exists. If so then a hyperlink (HLink1) is enabled to the file.
if (File.Exists(fullDir + "Brochure.pdf"))
{
HLink1.NavigateUrl = (path + "Brochure.pdf");
HLink1.Visible = true;
HLink1 ...
