Im using fileupload control so that the user can select the location where the file will be saved .But the fileupload control doesnt give the full path it gives only file name. N the reason for fieupload not to give full path is for security ...but then whats the alternative to this ?how can user select the location ?
I tried with path.getfilename etc but its not working???
And the other problem is ...the location that comes in fileupload control is for ex (c:\abc\dgd.txt) but while writing program it should be ( c:\\abc\\dgd.txt) i.e to backslash comes ...how to do this...
plz suggest a solution
