Check on the type of words in a textbox

how can i programmatically know  the type of words wrote in certain textbox

 is it english words or arabic words?

 

can i check by the ASCI code but how?

or get the alignment of the textbox in runtime ( if it's left to right it'll be english and if it's right to left it'll be arabic and so on) but how?
