I'm looking for sample code or advice to set up the following functionality:
User uploads a file - PDF .doc etc to a document directory
User can create a description and link for the file (in DB)
User optionally can limit the pages where a link shows up
The links then display in web part user control that can display on various pages.
I pretty much understand the upload part and the creating the web part user control but the othe parts I'm a little fuzzy on. Thus looking for any code where something similar has been done.
