I checked out the above error queries posted by other users in this site but the solutions did not work in my case.
Here is what I am doing:-
In the Page_Load event handler I have inserted some objects into the ViewState so that I could access those on the click event of a button.
protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
ViewState.Add("str_array_catcode", str_array_catcode);
ViewState.Add("test", i_array);
}
