Say developer A builds a web app based on the Silverlight Business Application with RIA services. A copy of the website is then given to developer B via a plain file copy. The copy is placed in the same folder (D:\WebApplications) on both machines. Both developers are using VS2010. The application will not run on developer B's box and produces an error that says something to the effect that "This application was developed using RIA services. Please start it from a page that has the RIA services link embedded in it." (Not an exact quote.) The start page is the same in both cases and is the testpage provided by the template.
What has happened and how do we fix it?
Thanks
