how to get number of years,no of months and days from a integer value???

ok, this one is certainly looking tricky to me but probably easy for a lotta ppl out there, so pls help me out :)

I have a integer value in a textbox, say that value is 900, this value is the no of days

is there a way i can calculate the number of years, number of months n days from this ......if i take each yr to have 365 days n 12 months and 30 days for each month

for the above 900 days I should get something like 2 years, 5 months and 6 days (approx equivalent to 900 days)
