We currently have 3 tier system namely, UI, Business Tier and DataTier.
Business Tier provides services which are consumed by UI Tier. Business Tier contains business as well as DataAccess logic.
Business Tier and DataTier acts as sub sytem( authentication is done using single account to enable connection pooling)
Busines Tier Service interface is implemented using WCF Services ( Concurrency is set to single and contextmode is set to "Per Session")
All dlls for Service interfacece,Business and DataAccess are deployed to webserver.
currently when a user request for service, a connection to database is opened . when I am done processing data and returning the data..eventough connection is closed in cod ...
