LocalDB server name changes for the same database between starts of the same instance

Shared instance or named instance, the server name changes between starts of the instance. For example, I connect to (local)\v11.0 using SQL Server management studio and I get something like <computerName>\LOCALDB#EA999E94
select @@SERVERNAME
for the instance name. The part after the # sign changes between starts of the same instance. This causes problems since I can not identify the same localdb server instance between different starts. My application stores information about database tables per server name, so it does not work for localDB since the localDB server name for the same database (master in this case) changes between starts of the instance.
Is there an option or parameter to ensure that for the same localDB instance (shared or named) the server name does not change between starts of the instance?
