How to convert a hyperlink to button?

Hello, I have a hyperlink that connects to another page to view the specific row chosen from a gridview:
<a href ='<%#"join.aspx?ID="+DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem,"No")%>'> View </a> How can I take the same thing and place it inside this button? The button must also run the OnClick at the same time while opening to a new page that is able to extract data from the previous page
