Hi all,
I'm not sure how to implement slidingExpiration, and what is the difference between authentication ticket and cookie, and how the expiry date in the ticket affects the timeout in the web.config file.
Am i right that when a user visits a page the expiry time in the ticket should be updated to reflect the new timeout date which is the current time plus whatever period, say 5 or 60 minutes.
Please advise.
