Menu strip in ASP.NET website

Hi,
I created an ASP.NET Website project.  I want to put a horizontal menu on my page but there's no menu control available in my toolbox i.e. they're greyed out.  I see that I can choose a menu control if I have a WebForms project so what do I need to do to make this control available in my Website proj?

thanks,
Paul
