Enter Data from Excel to data base with the help of windows application

Hi,

I am alok Zanwar I made stand alone application in which the requirment is the user should be able to data in database through excel all this functionality is work through the windows application that means whatever manupulation is done in the excel sheet should reflect in to the database.

Plz Help me out
