NO Copy & Paste TextBox Control Text Field

Hello,

 I have 2 TextBox controls and a RegularExpressionValidator control.

 I want the user to enter there email in each TextBox control and the RegularExpressionValidator control checks to see if both TextBox controls are the same. 

 How do I make the checkbox controls so you can't copy and paste??
