How to hide a label in user profile?

well i have  created this app its a social networking app.

each user has option to show their age, name, city or hide those info.

if a user want to hide his "Name"  then he go to option section and tick the checkbox which says "hide My  name" so the name will became invisible in his profile.

i created a database table which is something like this Id,UserName,name,Age,city,Visible (which is bit type)

what should i do next? any advice from pros?
