how to download file from db data path using asp.net c#

Hello
table: Filedb
ID: Varchar(50)
FileName: Varchar(Max)
FilePath: VarChar(Max)
I just manage to upload file in folder name "Files" and its path in Filepath using asp.net c# 2010

Now i just want to download that file using grid view more preferable etc
or any other way

I am totally new to this stuff
