Parser for html response

Hi All:
I am trying to write a parser to extract dealership information from the follwing URL and have a few questions as how one can get started.
http://www.kbb.com/kbb/FindaDealer/LocateDealer.aspx?ManufacturerId=35
1.) How do I get the html response?
2.) how do I pass value to the request given that zip code is not one of the parameters in the URL.?
3.) does any one know of a good code sample in C#?
