caaling a master page inside C# code

 hi,
In normal aspx pages we do call the master page in tag 
<%@ Page Language="VB" MasterPageFile="Page.Master" AutoEventWireup="true"%>
i need to know if its possible to call the master page inside the C# code associated with the aspx page using C#.
