I am trying to create a web application that does not serve anything specific back to the client. It is meant to accept only an upload request. Any other incoming request is supposed to be denied. And I guess it is okay to display a friendly message saying "the place you've reached serves nothing of interest to you".
Suppose my virtual directory has the name filedump, I am typing the following url
http://mywebhostserver/filedump/Default.aspx
There wouldn't be a file of the sort, but still I'd need to serve my friendly message up. Is this possible?
PS: Plz be aware that I am still in asp.net 2.0. I know this has to do something with httpmodules if my guess it correct. But what do you have to do inside of it?
