httpwebrequest/response "Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel" error when moving from IIS 5.1 to WS2003

Hi all,

I have recently moved from a WXP with IIS 5.1 to a Windows 2003 server with IIs Manager and my site doesnt work anymore, because of SSL problems.
.
Simply puyt, from my web server which has a SSL client certificate I make an HttpWebRequest to another server.

It worked like a charm with IIS 5.1, but now I am getting
"The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel"
all the time!
