Time Out Problem

Hello,
          My application is 5 years old. It suddenly time out at unknown intervals. We set the time as 30 min. It 1/10 times, it kicks out in 5-10 min. I m unable to find that problem.
My thinking is, Its working fine in Development environment. Even though, I published and Checked it. It is working fine. but in test environment it is kicking out in 5-10 min. Is there any server settings that cause the kickout.
