Formating Report.rdlc

   me with C# .net with report.rdlc

   I have a text box txtTeleNo to display telephone number from the database,to avoid the display of  the text "Tele No:" if the field is blank I gave it like this

=IIf(First(Fields!customerTelephoneNo.Value, "dsDocSalesQuotation1_sp_doc_selectSalesQuotationDetails1").ToString()="","","Tele No:" & First(Fields!customerTelephoneNo.Value, "dsDocSalesQuotation1_sp_doc_selectSalesQuotationDetails1").ToString() )

and to display top and bottom lines in the text boxes I gave like this in border style
None, , , Solid, Solid
now even if the text is blank it displays the top and bottom lines, how can I avoid this such that if the text is blank there is no top and bottom lines
