Is there real solution to protect from xss,sqlinj and other vulnb.

Hi all!!

I read a lot of forum post regarding to sql inj and xss and escape strings and so on, but i didnt find if there is universal solution. The class which fully could filter inputs.

adding backslasesh, filtering html and so on. I read somethink like "remove (< and >) from the tag..." what the hell it wass!!!

So people please say me does microsoft has normal solution?  Or any body has inputFilter class? As I know there are a lot of asp websites which are good protected and  their input are vell filtered form that ' and %2F and so on things. Hope that somebody will advice something good.
