E-mail password of profile and add rights

Right now i've got a screen where 'admin' users can add new users.
After it the user should get a e-mail with the username and the password. (row 26)
The username i can get from the text, but the password gave some problems. also there is a listbox, if a item is selected they should add these rights to the listbox, but i can select some of it, but it never gos treugh the selected code.. maybe wrong code? (row number 13).
