I have a website on our intranet setup to use windows authentication. Everything has been working great for the longest time but yesterday one of our developers accidently wiped out the web folder and after I restored it some users are getting "You are not authorized to view this page" or "Page Cannot Be Displayed" when returning to the site. I have had them try to rebooting, wiping out cookies and clearing temporary internet files but still does not resolve the issue. I experienced the issue myself briefly but after shutting down IE for a couple of minutes it started working again. The same doesn't seem to work for everyone else. I'm guessing it has something to do with the logon cookie. It supposed to expire after 1 minute....I'm out of ideas things to try.
