Hello everyone,
I had a question about something I read in Matthew McDonald's book, "Pro ASP.NET 3.5 in C# 2008, 2nd ed.".
In the discussion of the ChangePassword control it says (p. 917), "If the user is already logged on, the control automatically hides the text field for the user name and uses the name of the authenticated user."
In my testing this does not seem to be true. From what I've seen, the ChangePassword control, by default, always seems to hide the "User Name" text box, regardless of whether or not a user is logged on. Is this correct, or am i missing something?
(Btw, I realize we can set the DisplayUserName property to true to display the textbox).
Thanks
